Villages Housing
Jed Pearson is Deputy Chief Executive
at Villages Housing.
KHT Services currently provides gas
servicing, voids and day to day repairs
for the properties owned and managed
by Villages.

We minimise the impact of our
environmental footprint in every aspect
of our service delivery. We do this by
developing environmentally preferable
goods and services at competitive prices
and reducing office waste through re-use
and recycling.
We also work with partners to tackle
worklessness in the communities we
work in, through targeted recruitment
and training programmes. One of the
apprentices recruited to carry out
Villages work, lives in a Villages home.
KHT Services has also been supporting
and working with BME sub-contractors
to ensure that customers receive services
from a workforce which is reflective of the
community profile. We are also proactive
in encouraging Women Into Construction,
employing a number of female trade
apprentices and being shortlisted for
a ‘Women in Construction’ award.
The KHT Group is also in Stonewall’s
Top 100 Index for gay friendly employees.
