CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY STRATEGY
KHT Services’ Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy (CSR) has been designed to ensure that it is integrated with its Mission, Vision and Values. This means it is built around putting customers at the heart of everything we do, creating added value for them, continually improving efficiency and effectiveness and seeking out new ways of working to ensure that our services continue to benefit all our customers and the communities in which we work.
Through the implementation of our CSR Strategy, we are aiming to:
- Improve our customers’ experience through investment in vehicles, buildings, new technology and employee training
- Improve the quality and reliability of our service
- Train and develop our people to meet their aspirations and our business goals
- Develop loyalty and commitment in our employees
- Work closely with and engage with the communities in which we operate
- Communicate effectively with our stakeholders
- Reduce the environmental footprint of our operations
- Create supply-chain partnerships to support the achievement of our business objectives
- Maintain the safety of our services
All the above fall into our four Key Strategic Themes:
Environmental Footprint – to minimise the impact of our environmental footprint in every aspect of our service delivery
Services – to invest in and continually improve the quality of the services we deliver
Workplaces – to create fair, safe and motivational places of work for our people to meet their aspirations and our business goals
Communities – to add value to the communities in which we work
To put our five year CSR Strategy into practice, we will have an annual CSR Action Plan which will target and monitor progress against each of the key themes of the Strategy.
