KHT Services Success at CIH Conference
October 2009

Hundreds of visitors joined us to participate in the range of activities on our stand which included a cocktail bar, close up magician and personalised cookies, all linked to themes and initiatives which the KHT Group has been involved in recently and the achievements which we are particularly proud of.
We also hosted a busy evening reception for our customers and stakeholders to celebrate the unprecedented time of successful growth which KHT Services has experienced during the past 12 months.

Care & Repair Knowsley move to KHT Services
September 2008
In September 2008, KHT Services were awarded a four year contract to deliver a Home Improvement Agency service in Knowsley on behalf of Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council. This contract consists of several areas of service delivery which are designed to assist older and vulnerable people to continue living in their own homes.

Both For the second year running, KHT Services was successful in the Knowsley Economic Forum Enterprise Awards, held in October 2008. KHT Services was highly commended in the category for the ‘Fastest Growth Company’
KHT Services - successful tender to Great Places Housing Group
August 2008
In August 2008, KHT Services was delighted to win a Maintenance Services contract with Great Places Housing Group. We began delivering services for around 3,500 homes across Greater Manchester, as well as some homes in Merseyside, from December 2008. The contract is for Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Gas Servicing & Repairs and Customer Contact Centre for those activities over a period of four years with the possibility of extension to six years. Worth about £1.5 million per year, the contract is being delivered by our Maintenance Services team from a new partnership base in Salford, in conjunction with our existing team in Knowsley.
KHT Services is commended by Knowsley Economic Forum

Both KHT Services and KHT were successful at the recent Knowlsey Economic Forum Enterprise. KHT Services was highly commended in the category for the 'Fatest Growth Company,' whilst KHT won the award for the business that had made an 'Outstanding Contribution to Knowsley.'
KHT Services' Business Development Manager Sharon Steele and KHT Director of Neighbourhood Services (left on picture), Alan Disley were both on hand to collect the awards.
Alan Disley commented: "Winning these awards is a great achievement for everyone connected with KHT and KHT Services. It illustrates how, in just a short space of time, both organisations are already beginning to be recognised within the business community for their expertise and the contribution they ar making to the Knowsley area."
KHT Services Celebrated Latest Success
April 2008
KHT Services has been selected as the preferred partner to deliver a ten year contract for Cosmopolitan Housing Association. The contract includes delivery of Repairs & Maintenance, Gas Servicing and Repairs and Estates Services, as well as the transfer of their customer response service to our new Contact Centre.
The services will be delivered to around 2,000 Cosmopolitan homes across Merseyside, Cheshire and West Lancashire, starting from April this year. KHT Services has been successful in being appointed as preferred partner out of 26 companies who originally tendered for the contract.
The contract will be worth in the region of £1.3 million per year to the KHT Group and will contribute substantially to our Growth aims.
Chief Executive of KHT Bob Taylor said: "Being appointed as preferred partners is a massive achievement and boost for our plans for growth in services. One of the major factors in addition to the quality and the price was the Audit Commission inspection result and our plans to continue improving services and becoming more efficient in the future.
We now need to get planning for the start date and be able to provide the great services we've promised from Day 1. We really are now achieving real growth and it just goes to show that if we are providing great services we will clearly have a great chance of winning more business.
KHT Services wins £5 Million Contract
January 2007
We have recently started work on a five year contract to provide a repairs and maintenance service for Villages Housing in Stockbridge Village and North Huyton , Merseyside.
The contract is valued at around £5 million over 5 years with the prospect of an extension for a further 2 years. This is the second major contract for the repair delivery team this month. A core team of between 15 to 20 craft operatives will undertake the delivery of the contract and will be managed through a Contract Manager assisted by a dedicated administrative support.
Villages Director of Development Tony Dooley said; "We are delighted to be working with KHT Services Ltd. We spent many months, along with some of our tenants, putting contractors through a tendering process designed to deliver the best all-round service provider for our tenants. KHT's experience and proven track record in delivering value for money brought them out on top."
KHT Services Limited is currently tendering for the gas-servicing contract for Villages and seeking opportunities to undertake more contracts for the Improvement Programme
