KHT Services wins £5 Million Contract
We have recently started work on a five year contract to provide a repairs and maintenance service for Villages Housing in Stockbridge Village and North Huyton , Merseyside.
The contract is valued at around £5 million over 5 years with the prospect of an extension for a further 2 years. This is the second major contract for the repair delivery team this month. A core team of between 15 to 20 craft operatives will undertake the delivery of the contract and will be managed through a Contract Manager assisted by a dedicated administrative support.

KHT Services Limited is currently tendering for the gas-servicing contract for Villages and seeking opportunities to undertake more contracts for the Improvement Programme.
